Welfare Note #17
Another offering in a series of "Welfare Notes" that has been created by the Welfare Committee which are intended to ensure that all members of the Faculty Association are educated, informed, or updated in terms of welfare-related concerns and their rights contained within the Contractual Agreement.
Transition Period to New D to E-Range Process
- You have until May 12th, 2009, to determine if
- You want to begin or continue to use the process and language of the Contractual Agreement, 2003-2007 to pursue E-Range
or - Choose the process and language of the Contractual Agreement, 2007-2011, and use the matrix to pursue E-Range
- You want to begin or continue to use the process and language of the Contractual Agreement, 2003-2007 to pursue E-Range
- If you chose part 1a, above, there is no time frame under which you must complete the process
- Faculty Members who choose 1a, above, may choose to switch to the new process at any time
- On or after May 12th, 2009, if you haven't declared your intention to choose part 1a, above, you will be using the new model (the matrix)
As always, first, read the section (F2.2 g Transitional Period, page 71) in the
Contractual Agreement between the Board and the Association!
