Information on the Application Process
An application for alternative credit consists of the completed application form signed by the appropriate administrator, a narrative following the guidelines stipulated on the application form and supporting materials showing proof of completion of the activity. These materials may include a draft or completed work of writing and/or research, an attendee badge from a conference and related conference materials, a certificate of completion from a workshop, etc.
When applications are approved by the committee, your application packet will be submitted to the Human Resources department who will then issue the credits. You will be notified of the status of your application via your division representative. If your application has been approved and you want to check the status of your credits, call Mary Simkus in HR.
