Committee By-Laws
From the CODFA by-laws, the Elections committee will:
- consist of four full share members, including a chair.
- conduct all elections of the Association.
- all elections will be held by secret ballot
- set the time, manner and other rules and regulations to assure that all eligible members are given the opportunity to vote.
- Election judges may be election committee members, officers, or Senators, provided their name is not on the ballot.
- obtain a copy of the official membership roster for the current term from the Association Treasurer and use that roster to create a list for use during the election process that clearly sets forth each member’s membership status and election unit.
